Q: What does the future hold for you?
A: I've always had a dream to touch the world for Jesus. I believe that Hawaii is just a small piece of a huge puzzle that we will be part of. Right now we are preparing for the next chapter in our life...full-time ministry.
Q: If you needed to sum up your feelings about your family in one sentence, what you you say?
A: I think I could sum up our family in one word, it would be just that "family". In this day and age the value and importance of family has faded somewhat. We try to maintain the value of family: we pray together, worship together, laugh, cry and wrestle. We even have reality shows
that we watch as a family. Our family tries to do everything with the importance and emphasis being as "Ohana" (Family in Hawaiian). We've had the privilege of hosting five different masters students with us in the last three years and all of them have become family. Our Bible study has members, some blood-related and others not, but everyone of them is family.
Q: What is one principle that you have learned to live your life on?
A: To always remember the Love and Faithfulness of God. It doesn't matter what we go through, or how tough things get, God's love and faithfulness always endure.
Q: Who is one person that has had a great impact on being where you are at today and why?
A: I have to say first, Jesus. He's changed me in so many ways while bringing my largest dreams to life, and challenging me to live life to the fullest every day. On this earth, though, I have to say my mom. She raised four kids by herself, took us to church, made sure we were taken care of and made every place we lived a home. My mom has graduated college while raising two children and working at the same time. She is a woman of wisdom, a woman of faith, a woman of prayer, and a woman of strength.
